This is a complete CASE from one of the amazing Stampin' Up Artisan Designers! I thought the simplicity, colors and layout were just beautiful. I hadn't ever really SPLATTERED before! That was fun. I used my watercolor pen with the white craft ink and jut flicked it across my card base. ALL of the Designer Series Paper is from SALE-A-BRATION; so you can earn it FREE with any $50 purchase! The 'hello' is from a set of thinlits just released. So pretty I made it the cover photo of my Flair and Frills Facebook page!
