Yea-I waited til the last minute so you get to see a fresh-faced photo-with NO MAKE-UP! AHHHHH! But-my shirt makes up for it. It say, "My husband lets me buy all of the scrapbook supplies I can hide!"

Here's to hoping it's EXTRA worth it and I
WIN one of the amazing prizes the Cricut Circle is offering! :D

The Brynn you'd normally see. ;)

May Day Preparations (and a contest that ends TODAY)!

Hey there!

As you may know, I am a Cricut Circle Member (VIP Charter in fact)! With that comes the opportunity for different challenges. For the month of April the challenge is to: Create a project of your choice and reuse, recycle or repurpose 3 items on your creation. Project must include at least 2 different Cricut Image Cuts. Because I work FABULOUS under pressure-I usually enter things close to the deadline (which now happens to be in a few hours). It also may have a bit to do with the fact that I am impatient-and I don't want to wait a month to know if I win! LOL Now, these challenges are NOT judges (unfortunately). So, because it is random, I also let my sweet 7-year-old daughter help!

May day is tomorrow (And I'm preparing the EXCITING launch of the Quick Quotes Blog). I thought it might be fun to challenge you! Can you spot the REPURPOSED, REUSED and/or RECYCLED items here (contents excluded) (hint: 4)? And the Cricut cuts?! Leave your answer in my comments and I will randomly choose 1 person to win a QQ prize package! YAY! BONUS: Tell me the cartridges the cuts were made from and you automatically win a little something! AND-if you go share this post on YOUR blog and FB you'll be entered twice even if you're WRONG! How's that for FUN?! Fine Print: You must be a follower to be eligible for this contest!

Of course, I stocked our May Day Basket with what I would want on MY door! LOL

This is a close-up. Aubrey wrote the sentiment, as this is hers to give!

Hurry-contest ends at midnight Mountain Time!

See you tomorrow with a QQ sneak-peek! MWAH

P.S. Scroll down for Friday Frills!

Quick Quotes and the Cricut Circle

I LOVE how this layout turned out!

I received my Quick Quotes supplies for February, featuring the 'Love Me Do' collection from My Minds Eye. I decided to participate in this weeks Cricut Circle Blog challenge-so I combined the 2! This weeks challenge is B-A-B-Y themed!

B-Butterflies
A-Aqua
B-Brads
Y-Yourself

The little MME cutout here says, "To know you is to love you." I desire to be THAT person, and thought of in that way!

The large butterfly is FOUR different Cricut cuts! I also used crepe paper and netting from a bag of oranges!

The quote here is a stamp that says, "Well behaved women rarely make history! -Laurel Thatcher Ulrich

This is it in it's entirety! It was a delight to make (during nap time) and I LOVE the colors! THANK YOU to Q.Q. and the Circle for the inspiration today!
*Note yesterdays blog post with an AWESOME contest!

Weekend Re-Cap

I haven't blogged in a few days. Thank you for missing me! ;) I was given the AMAZING opportunity to attend the Cricut Circle Swarm as a vendor with my business Flair and Frills. I am also a Cricut Circle VIP Charter Member so I was going mad making swaps and calling cards!

Everything went well and we all had a BLAST, as evident in my favorite photo above! The best part?! The profit? No. The prizes? Nope. THE WOMEN that are now life-long friends! Seriously! I spent the weekend with these crazy fun gals and am very blessed to now call them friends. A special hello to Lori Allred and her creatively wonderful posse of Imaginisce girls Bridget, Janet, and special Divalicious friend Jen Meyer! You all are delightful!

Other uber-talented friends include Jana Eubank, Kris Stice, Jenny Kozar, Amy Mitchell, Elizabeth Currie-Matsko (my blind-date friend set up by Shannon), Michelle the 5th grade teacher, Cindy, Brightley Beautiful, Shantaie Fowler AND of course, the super fabulous one-and-only Shannon Lerner. Thank you for making the day so spectacular!

A super special thank you to one of my Best Friends Altaira for joining me on this spectacular adventure. With Oklahoma City fast approaching as our new home, it was extra special to have this time with her. I am beyond blessed to have such a dedicated, dear and BEAUTIFUL friend as her. I love you Al.

Of course, I went to spend time with my dear UTBFF Jana B. aka Queen B. We even snuck out in the afternoon to visit Hatch Family Chocolates! I heart you darling and it was awesome to spend time with you and your family.Seriously folks-the Newman-Bruchhauser's are fabulous-you too Cam ;)

Flair and Frills set up shop to perform massage services and special Cricut Circle mini-manicures. A special thank-you to my Utah employess for making everything run so smoothly. Here is Ben and Amy taking care of our clients!

I had heard a lot about Brightley from Jana but she had left out how gorgeous she is! Sh's got a tellar personality with a fun sense of humor to match. Here we are (with my BFF Altaira)

This was our table and booth!

I made a Cricut green tu-tu to display as well. It turned out awesome and has little Cricut heads with Provo Craft in green glitter ;)

The next Provo party will be in March 2011. I hope you'll join us there in DALLAS for a wicked good time!
