Doodle Ready!

I have been BUSTING my buns creating for the Doodlebug Design Team Call over the past few days! WHEW! It's been FANTASTIC to delve into all of the FABULOUS COLORS they produce that I've accumulated in my stash! Let me share y creations with you and highlight my FAVORITE products from them as well....

This is my layout using their patterned paper, ribbon, GLITTERED CARDSTOCK, stickers and CRUSHED VELVET BRADS!

The base of this Christmas card is VELVET PAPER! FABULOUS!!!! The beautiful and intricate red trim is also from them and they're making TWIN in about 11 different colors now too! The patterned paper is FLOCKED too! I used the micr0- brads (I have them in about 30 colors from them) and had to accent my envelope to coordinate too, of course! ;)

I used the DB FRILL TRIMS on here (Ummm-yea, I have ALL of the COLORS of those too)! Again I used the GLITTERED CARDSTOCK and patterned papers as well as the Halloween ribbons and FELT brads again too. I just LOVE this technique of sewing on my card for this sweet spidey-s web! I zig-sag stitched and then straight stitched to add more detail.

My last project is my FAVORITE.....this WREATH! I created 3 pleated flowers with the Halloween patterned papers and made rolled ribbon flowers with their trims too! The centers are the DB buttons and shaped or epoxy brads-they have SO MUCH to choose from! :D

I added the swirls and glittered leaves from the Halloween section at Michaels-and would you believe that this wreath was BROWN when I bought it yesterday?! Krylon glossy black spray paint went on well! I added a few loops of ribbon here and here with the GORGEOUS bright purple trim off set at the top!

I intended to make a spidey like this one but they were available to buy-so I did! He hangs perfectly with orange twine, don't' ya think?!

It's hanging on our closet door in our siting room and it makes me smile proudly every time I walk by! I sure hope to be chosen to accent their Design Team but I am always aware how much talent is available right now. So, should it not be meant to be-I enjoyed creating four FABULOUS projects to keep and cherish for years to come, and that is, after all, what it's all about!
