My BFF Amy host's card club at her house once a month for our mommy's group. I made a few of these from there and then when it was just playtime for ME at Amy's she got out some of her left overs for me to create with!
I love the colors of this first one. The mat blue piece also has SPARKLE! {heart} sparkle!
This one was inspired be hers. She showed me how to use the bottom of a paper sack with the top note die to create a little purse! SO CUTE! She had JUST gotten the pom poms in, so I added em' Then the flower punch, with the bird punch and here we are!
I embossed his little wing here... LOVE theses, and they were SO easy!
A Card Club creation, Amy's design: Simple yet so elegant.
PLAYTIME: We used the fabulous technique of embossing SEVERAL layers for ultra thick melt and then pressing a stamp into it while wet so the it leaves the impression! Amy's trick: Use craft ink to color the butterfly first! (It was cut from the Big Shot-I couldn't believe it)!
Playtime again: Another Technique: Glossy paper, coloring with the Versa Pen over the stamped flower to make it resist against the blue brayer! A bit lengthy but so gorgeous!
Card Club: LOVE this one!
Playtime: A fancy fold! This is the card laying down with (of COURSE) a co-ordinating envelope! The brown on top folds perfectly over the vanilla from the inside.
Opening it:
A top view:
It was GORGEOUS!
A special thank you to my sweet Am's for inspiring me and tolerating me in her class! I look forward to our next PLAY DATE dear! XOXO
How fun to get together! Love the first too and the Wish Big one. Thanks for linking up to Scrappy Saturdays! Featuring this tomorrow.
