September is my Patriotic month!

My cousin Becky lives in Oklahoma with her Air Force hubby. They are hosting an auction to raise money for their squadron's Christmas banqet and she requested I donate a project to bid on! I created this wall hanging....



























































These roses are for the BLUE STAR MOMS (mothers of our soldiers). A representative fell in love with my paper roses and I volunteered to make them for her. They are hosting a banquet to honor the GOLD STAR MOMS (mothers of our fallen soldiers). The yellowroseisheir symbol and it is an honor to contribute to their cause. This is the box of roses I delivered! I hope I am able to brng a bit of joy to these amazing women!

So-I didn't partake in much patriosim in July but have madeup for it in September. Go bless our troops, our cause and their families!
