Hello Ghouls! Welcome to the 13 days of Halloween Blog Hop! This hop is scheduled for October 19th at 8:00am through October 31st at 11:00pm (both Central time). It's that time of year when the nights are all spooky and children prepare to look their Halloween CUTEST so sit back a spell and enjoy all of the wicked inspiration we have for you!
To start from the beginning, you'll want to head to our FABULOUSLY witchy hostess Lisa Peter's Blog. We're just so excited for this hop and we've got many talented ladies here with us, and what would Halloween be with out a LOT OF CANDY TOO?! We're giving away treats at each stop with a GRAND PRIZE as well! The hop is 13 days long, with 13 hop stops too, so you've got plenty of time to enjoy. To be eligible for the grand prize, you'll need o become a follower of each of these lovely ladies' sites AND leave a comment on each of their projects as well. You must also leave a comment on Lisa's Blog each day, as well as liking her Facebook page (if you don't do FB just let her know and she won't count it against ya). What IS this GRAND PRIZE you're asking?! Well-it's a treat bag filled with scrappy goodies of course! WOO HOO! (Am I eligible)?! There will also be individual prizes for each day and throughout the posts, so there are MANY opportunities to TRICK-or-TREAT!!!!
You should be arriving at my blog each day from my friend (and fellow fibro sufferer) Amy's Blog, and you'll continue on your haunted hop at the Scraps to Treasures Blog.
For my first project I am sharing one of my candy creations from my 'Tricks and Treats' class at The Hen House Paperie. I handmade the template for this adorable Frankein box (that hides a package of M&M's). It's really simple, with hand drawn features and a wooden BINGO piece (turned upside down) for his nose. A couple of white ovals make the eye bases with cute black button eyeballs! I stole 2 actual screws from my scrubby's (scrapbook-hubby) tool box to accent the sides and added a couple layers of Liquid Glass to his randomly0hand cut hair for fun. He's also grunged up a bit with some black ink along the edges, because it's all about the details!
I've got several more treats for you in the upcoming days, including many more candy containers, layouts AND cards as well. Oh, and for my BLOG CANDY?! It's a paper crafters
DREAM of SPOOKY and KOOKY BAZZILL brilliance....a Flair and Frills Trick-or-Treaters bag with the mos WICKED products and ghoulish goodness! I'll take a photo to share with you yet this week. See ya tomorrow!

Brynn, this is a rally cute Frankenstien bag. I actually made 30 of these for my daughter's classroom one year. She is a teacher and I love to make things for her class. The kids went nuts over them. I didn't use real screws though, although they were 4th graders, so probably could have been OK. That is a great idea and for the nose too! Just love it! tfs Tami
